Ted Lapidus, Midnight Blue Panne Velvet Dress and Shrug

Description

Dress: Floor length. Column silhouette. Spaghetti Strap. Reference bustier. Sweetheart neckline. Petersham ribbon at inside waist. Center back zip and hook. 17" slit at center back. Clear and blue beading at center bust in diamond shape. Fully lined.

Shrug: Clear and blue beaded band collar that closes at base with one hook. Open sleeves. Clear and blue beaded cuffs with self-covered closure buttons. Split open back. Slight shoulder pads. Unlined.
