Galanos, Striped Wool-Lurex Tweed Dress

Description

Straight tunic dress with striking miter seams joining at a straight angle along with front panel and sleeves. Fabric is striped unevenly with aubergine and olive green stripes on a drab background, with a thin stripe of silver Lurex running only along the aubergine stripe. Discrete side pockets run in the side seam at hip height. Neck line is finished in a stiff band collar with stripes running horizontally. No closure at the cuff. Back closure consists of five acrylic shank buttons with brushed bronze finish, set in bound buttonholes.
