Fair condition. Fabric stained with age spots. Embroidery beginning to unravel. Beading coming off at back. Button loops unravelling. One button has been replaced with a plastic pearl button.
Good condition. Black staining at hem of dress. Plastic zipper was added in the 1960s. Pink make-up stains on front of dress. Belt made from same fabric as the dress and jacket. However, belt is 3" bigger than waist of gown. Due to the fact that the zipper was a 1965 addition, it is possible the 1935 bride had a larger waist.
Good condition. Metal hoop at top is warped. Missing closures at back. Two tucks have been taken at waistband to decrease waist size. Small stains throughout crinoline. Layers have been extremely creased. We have released them as much as possible.
Good condition. Leather and canvas slightly misshapen and faded from wear. Leather uppers have cracked. Laces beginning to fray. Straight soles, no designated left or right. Sand inside the shoes indicate that they were last worn at a beach.
White cotton midriff scoop neck blouse; grey loden jacket with dark green accents, welt pockets, fully lined in green; gray loden knife pleated skirt, fully lined.
Black and white polka dot pointed heels with a decorative bow sewn on elastic band for better fit. Pumps consist of black leather lining and the heels are tapered with 3 1/4".
